Key Responsibilities Reception -Operate the telephone switchboard and maintain the internal telephone listing current -Answer caller enquiries and direct them to appropriate employees -Greet clients, customers and visitors at reception -Maintain the ERS and customer complaints register -Ensuring intranet data is maintained and kept current -Ensure issuing of visitor badges and supporting site requirements are met -Report technical problems to the Line Supervisor as necessary -Maintain room bookings -Ensure all visitors are signing in -Ensure contractors that come in on site... ## Type: Permanent ## Location: Australia
