The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for mentoring and guiding development teams. As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for defining the architecture, making technical decisions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Architecture& Design Define, design, and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures for full-stack JavaScript applications. Lead the technical design of APIs, data models, microservices, and front-end architectures. Evaluate and recommend modern tools, libraries, and frameworks suitable for business needs. Development Write clean, modular, and high-quality code for both front-end and back-end systems. Drive the implementation of best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and automation. Collaborate with DevOps teams to build CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment. Team Leadership Mentor and guide developers, providing technical leadership and fostering a collaborative environment. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and architectural standards. Assist project managers in estimating timelines, identifying risks, and resolving technical challenges. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility of requirements. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and effectively communicate the architecture to non-technical stakeholders.
