Manage and supervise a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists and disability practitioners. Provide expert clinical oversight, ensuring best-practice interventions and risk management. Engage with custodial staff, forensic clinicians and external agencies to coordinate care and services. Oversee assessments, clinical programs and the integration of NDIS-related services within corrections. Ensure there is accurate data reporting and contribute to staff training and professional development.
