CCS provides management of individuals on court orders, people who have committed serious sex and violent offences on post sentence supervision, and prisoners on parole.  Geelong CCS is recruiting for an ongoing Advanced Practitioner. This exciting role involves leading, supervising, and coaching Case Managers and Case Officers to ensure best practices are upheld while fostering professional growth among staff. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and support to Case Managers and Case Officers. Coaching: Foster professional development and growth among staff. Advanced Case Management: Utilize strong interviewing skills, goal-setting abilities, and a deep understanding of correctional best practices to engage offenders effectively. This approach helps create structured pathways for rehabilitation and reintegration, ensuring alignment with best practice case management services.
