ASIC is seeking Evidence Services Officers to support the work of the Enforcement and Compliance group.
Multiple opportunities available in Traralgon
Salary from $61,758 to $73,888 (depending on experience) + 15.4% superannuation
Permanent and 12-Month temporary positions

The team
The Evidence Management (EM) team provides evidence collection, processing, management, and secure storage services to assist ASIC's regulatory teams to review and present evidence in courts and other bodies.
The role
As an Evidence Services Officer, you will undertake a range of duties that support the efficient delivery of enforcement outcomes. This includes:
Assist team members and stakeholders with evidence management practices and techniques.
Register, process, securely store, archive, dispose and manage ASIC evidence throughout its life cycle.
Classify, index and maintain records and information on ASICs evidence and other system in accordance with established guidelines and practices.
Meet key performance indicators and business plan objectives.
Follow all evidence management policies and procedures.
Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to create and maintain a collaborative working environment.
To be successful in this role, you will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and advanced planning skills to efficiently manage multiple priorities. Your ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, ensures you can meet service delivery expectations and resolve issues as they arise.
You will demonstrate strong initiative, flexibility, and problem-solving skills to contribute to managing evidence across the full life cycle of an investigation or litigation matter and process efficiency. Proficiency in software applications, including MS Access and/or SQL, data analytics and reporting tools is highly desirable.
