And we help brands do the same.  Job Description: Role Overview:As the Content Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that the content entry team accurately enters, update, and maintains content within theDrupalCMS. You will ensure that all content is correctly formatted, tagged, and published according to the guidelines and standards. You will lead a team of content entry, manage their daily work, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, engaging, and relevant content across various platforms. Key Responsibilities: ·      Content Entry:Oversee the content entry into Drupal CMS of various content types, including articles, blog posts, social media content, videos, and more. ·      Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content entry roles. ·      Content Strategy Development:Create and implement a content strategy that supports the company's objectives and enhances our brand presence. ·      Editorial Oversight:Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone, and optimized for search engines and user experience. ·      Quality Assurance: Review and proofread content to ensure it is error-free and meets quality standards. ·      Tagging and Categorization: Apply appropriate tags and categories to content for easy navigation and searchability. ·      Collaboration: Work closely with technical delivery team to ensure up to date& latest understanding of various templates and components built onDrupalplatform ·      Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues related to content entry and formatting within the CMS. ·      Documentation: Maintain documentation of content entry processes and best practices. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in content entry, strategy, and management of content entry team. Overall experience of 5 years in this line of work. Experience: Previous experience with content entry and management in a CMS is mandatory. Experience inDrupalCMS is preferred ·       Leadership Skills:Proven experience in leading and managing a content team. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in content entry and formatting. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal,) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge. Knowledge in usingJIRAis must Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate fluently with clients who are based in US, over emails and calls ·       SEO Knowledge:Understanding of SEO best practices and how to implement them in content.
