**DESCRIPTION** We are looking for a talented Truck Bay Supervisor to join our growing team in Darwin, NT. You will work closely with the technicians and apprentices, coaching and developing their skills. **In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:** Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety&Environmental policies, and Complete required documentation Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of technicians and apprentices Ensure your team achieves its KPI’s to deliver results Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end Being a hands-on tools Supervisor from time to time, with minor repairs **RESPONSIBILITIES** **To be successful in this role you will need the following:** Qualified Heavy Diesel Automotive Mechanic (Cert III) or equivalent (mobile plant) is required Experience as a qualified technician, working with engine products Experience in a management is preferred but not essential Strong communication and organisation skills in a high-pressure environment **_At Cummins, we are an equal opportunity employer dedicated to diversity in the workplace.
