Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions. Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance. This role drives and guides crucial negotiations of pricing and contract terms and conditions. Developing, implementing, and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with suppliers and relevant stakeholders, which is a critical part of the role. Collaborating closely with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues. Managing the category Key Supplier List (KSL). Leading supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities. Participating in supply chain process improvement teams and identifying improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.  Experience/Qualifications Minimum 5 years Indirect Sourcing & Contracts Management Favourable CIPS / MCIPS  Qualification Strong Negotiation Skills Understanding of Contract law Relationship Management Skills  Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.  We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
