We are seeking a Payroll Officer to support our centralised payroll function and perform end to end payroll processing using both Aurion and Peoplesoft.  This role is based in Brisbane. Running end to end payroll, for 3,500+ across 6 entities Action payroll requests promptly and accurately such as new hires, exits and changes Run fortnightly payroll process, variance checks and reconciliation of EFT Administer setup of new superannuation funds and reconcile payments Reconcile payroll reports fortnightly after each payroll run and monthly Knowledge of relevant legislation Proactively identify opportunities to automate, streamline and simplify payroll processes  Experience/Qualifications Experience in payroll desirable, but not essential Experience in processing end to end pay, desirable Experience in Aurion or PeopleSoft, desirable Experience with EOFY payroll process, desirable Strong attention to detail, problem solving, strive for results and process improvement Ability to work both independently and within a team environment Boeing Defence Australia is shaping the future of aerospace and delivering some of the nation's most important programs for the Australian Defence Force.
