As a HR Business Partner, you will contribute to the alignment of business activities through the provision of high level and comprehensive HR consultancy and advice to Senior Managers and employees.  Demonstrating a “business partner” approach to HR delivery through understanding the overall business and leveraging the capacity of people for competitive advantage, this is a true HR generalist role effectively contributing to desired business and project outcomes. This position is hybrid with much flexibility, however due to the hands-on nature of the business, such a client facing role is expected to be on site 3 days a week to build relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
