Graduates will join the Boeing Defence Australia Graduate Program in Brisbane in a permanent full-time position, providing a solid career foundation from day one. Our Project Management Team supports cutting-edge defence technology and platforms. As a Graduate Project Manager you will: Gain exposure to project management best practices with opportunities to work across Project Planning, Change Management, Risk Management, Reporting, Budgeting and Baseline Management Gain first-hand project management experience from the industry's best PMs and expand your professional network Communicate effectively with industry and subcontractors, internal stakeholders, and senior team members, fostering positive relationships and collaboration through clear communication and transparency Play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations through project coordination and administration of a multi-million-dollar project Your attitude, motivation, willingness to learn and ability to self-task under supervision will determine your success in our team!
