We currently employ more than 2,500 people across 14 sites in Australia and three international locations and have a range of opportunities available as we plan for future growth.
BDA is an Equal Opportunity Employer and strongly encourages women and people of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Island descent to be part of an organisation that promotes a diverse and safe workplace environment. We analyse historical data and build mathematical models of how assets and systems perform to forecast future trends and evaluate the impact of potential changes. This can vary from investigating options to improve asset Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM), optimising the sequencing of maintenance events, or providing technical justification to support multi-million-dollar investment decisions.
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
Analytical Mindset: Excels in breaking down complex issues into manageable parts, skilled at identifying patterns, discrepancies, and inefficiencies.

You will be part of the Product Support CoE team and work to provide our internal and external customers with informed-decision support for a range of technical problems. Our team has built a high level of trust with Asset Management Teams, Program Leadership, and our Customer, and you will help us continue to deliver analysis that can be trusted and acted upon.
