We currently employ more than 2,500 people across 14 sites in Australia and three international locations and have a range of opportunities available as we plan for future growth.   We are seeking a talented, motivated and professional Aviation Maintenance Repair & Operations Manager to join the world class Air Combat Electronic Attack (ACEA) Sustainment Program supporting the RAAF F/A-18F & EA-18G Aircraft fleet, with the role based onsite at RAAF Base Amberley.   Provide Technical Leadership & Management to a Part 145 Maintenance Team Using advanced soft skills perform Leadership & Management functions for 20 to 40 Technical Personnel ensuring team safety, harmony, technical development, authorisation & training obligations and personal welfare are promoted Ensure team objectives are met and reported by applying ethical values to our organisational behaviours, whilst maintaining compliance to applicable regulations & standards including Legislative, DASR, ISO & Boeing   Experience/Qualifications Qualifications in Maintenance and or Engineering in an Aviation discipline Experience in managing Technical Personnel within a CASA, DASA or equivalent accredited organisation Defence experience is highly regarded but not essential   Applicants must be Australian Citizens and Meet Defence Security Requirements, with the ability to progress to Negative Vetting 1   We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
