**DESCRIPTION** **In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:** + **Process Payments** : Work with more complex internal and external customers to process payments and procure payment of Accounts Receivable balances due. + **Prepare Statements of Accounts** : Prepare and manage statements of accounts for customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. + **Customer Inquiries** : Answer both basic and complex customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly. + **Account Analysis** : Prepare detailed analysis of accounts to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. + **Root Cause Analysis** : Conduct root cause analysis of late payments and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce delays. + **Month-End Reporting** : Prepare month-end reports, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up to date. + **Project Participation** : Participate in and/or lead projects related to Accounts Receivable improvement, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department. + **Additional Duties** : Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and organization. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **To be successful in this role you will need the following:** + 5 Plus years of work experience in a similar capacity + College or university degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field would be preferred + Ability to speak an additional foreign language preferred **QUALIFICATIONS** **Experience:** Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience. Ability to speak an additional foreign language preferred.
