Key responsibilities include: Responding to customer enquiries and managing data in a central database system Supporting membership sales through inbound and outbound communication channels Assisting with marketing campaigns, including creating briefs and social media content to boost crowd attendance for AFL and AFLW games Supporting match day activations, community engagement activities and sponsor benefits Assisting with planning and delivering health and wellbeing programs for the Western Bulldogs Community Foundation Providing administrative support to the AFL Men’s and AFLW Football Departments This role offers the chance to gain experience in fan engagement, community program management and match day operations while working closely with multiple teams in a dynamic AFL environment.
