About the role We are looking for a Sales Support Officer to join the Adelaide team on a permanent, full-time basis.Our Sales Support Officers are the first person our clients see when they interact with Elders. Your expert customer service skills will operate as the backbone of the branch and support the sales teams in building relationships with clients. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to take clients through the end-to-end sales process and supported to learn and grow your career.Responsibilities As a key team member, you will enjoy a varied day including:Provide timely customer service via email and phoneSupporting in all areas of the sales process as well as running the officePerform general warehousing including ordering (internal & external suppliers) & Receival of stockDispatch- Freight System- Booking carriers and dispatching all freightGenerate quotes and conduct price checks for our clientsMonitor and reconcile sales, invoicing and conduct regular stock takesChecking all stock levels regularly and expiry datesAbout you To succeed at AIRR, you have:Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced customer focused positionProficiency in the Microsoft suite and inventory management systemsPrevious stock management experience in a retail capacityExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationshipsStrong attention to detail About AIRR AIRR is proud to be a part of Elders, the last Australian-listed major agribusiness.
