ResponsibilitiesEnsure that all work is performed in accordance with the requirements of the Workplace Health and Safety Policy, procedures, and legislation. Take reasonable care for own health and safety, as well as that of others.Be a leader in the State for matters associated with all Financial Services products.Assess credit applications and develop quality proposals for submission for Elders own balance sheet lending (Livestock and Wool facilities).Manage the credit quality of the own balance sheet lending portfolio.Seek opportunities to expand Elders Financial Services offerings through businesses that Elders has acquired as well as greenfield sites.Ensure 100% compliance with relevant statutory legislation (e.g., AML/CTF)Assist in developing and implementing a yearly pipeline of initiatives in order to support yearly growth ambitions in line with Elders Eight Point Plan.Implement network sales campaigns and training programs to grow sales across the full suite of Financial Services products, including:- On-balance sheet lending facilities for Livestock and Wool- Livestock in transit warranty- Agri, commercial and asset finance referrals- Home and personal finance referrals- Insurance referrals- Prepayment facilitiesAbout youUnderstanding and prior experience in Agri-finance products and industryDemonstrated experience in implementing sales and marketing programs across a financial services product rangeAbility to work well with the Elders network, diverse teams, roles and levels of managementProven problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong Influencing skillsSkilled in writing credit proposals and analysis, as well as portfolio managementRelevant tertiary qualifications (desirable)About EldersAs a trusted Australian agribusiness, we have played an important role in the agricultural sector for 185 years.
