Items for discussion From Federal Grant Application: Do you have a plan to manage any potential security risks associated with the project and your organisation more broadly? The plan should include protecting your organisation from potential national security risks including cyber security threats and the secure handling of data. We may ask for a copy of your plan at a later stage. Our answer is currently no, but we should look at this. What should go into such a policy? Do we need insurance? If so, do we need to install Anti Virus software on all the containers in our k8s cluster? CAVAL has just written such a plan, which is under a CC licence and has been reviewed by CAVAL’s insurer. Replacing Zoom for video conferencing This is under investigation, but we have not yet settled on an option.
