The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales team and ensuring that the sales process runs smoothly. This includes handling customer inquiries, making product recommendations, compiling data for sales reports, preparing quotes and proposals, and providing general administrative support.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to customers and the sales team
• Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and providing accurate and timely responses
• Conducting product research to make informed recommendations to customers and the sales team
• Generating quotes and proposals for clients, following up on pending proposals, and preparing sales agreements
