As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of the organization. You will work closely with the operations team, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise and maintaining an organized and efficient department. Your role is key to ensuring the success of the company, as you will assist in coordinating all aspects of the business, contributing to the overall profitability and productivity of the organization.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Develop and maintain operational procedures and guidelines.
• Oversee operational processes, ensuring they are efficient and effective, and make suggestions for improvements.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts, making necessary modifications when required.
