On this 2-year Graduate Scheme, starting September 2025, you’ll play a vital role in developing cutting-edge technology. Over two years, with four 6-month placements, you’ll work on real-world projects that drive innovation, helping deliver faster, smaller, and more reliable products that maintain our market leadership. What you’ll do: Work on projects in analogue & digital design, embedded software, VHDL, DSP coding, and circuit design Gain hands-on experience with technologies from magnetic sensing to opto-electronics, and PCB layout to custom silicon design Contribute to system architecture, signal processing, and control system design, as well as FPGA and DSP development What you’ll gain: Deep understanding of signals and systems, control systems, embedded systems, and communications protocols Hands-on work in prototype development, testing, and design for manufacture Training, mentorship, and skill development to accelerate your career in electronics engineering What career opportunities are available? Training and support are offered as required on a continuing basis to support your technical and professional development. Electronics Graduates go onto roles such as Senior Design Engineers, Principal Design Engineers or Design Managers with further progression opportunities based on skills development, performance, and preference.What’s on offer? £30k starting salary plus £1000 sign-on bonus. This role is based out of one of our main sites in York. Applicants should ensure they have reliable means of transport to reach the site.What do I need? We’re looking for candidates with a degree in Electronics Engineering, Physics or Maths.  Training and development is excellent so candidates with no experience but a keen interest in electronics will be strongly considered.
