Offer crucial assistance in the afternoons, aiding Year 6 students and remaining flexible to work across Key Stages 1 and 2. Implement strategies and interventions to manage challenging behaviors effectively. Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment to promote the student's social and emotional development. Collaborateclosely with teachers and SENCO to ensure individualized support plans are implemented successfully. Monitor and record the student's progress, adapting support strategies as necessary. Year 6 Behaviour Teaching Assistant Requirements: Proven experience working withchildren with behavioral needs in an educational setting. Strong understanding of behavior management techniques and SEN support strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers. Flexibility, resilience, and a proactive attitude towards overcoming challenges.
