In this role, you'll be overseeing a multi-disciplinary team of technicians, MOT testers, administrators and apprentices. You'll be dealing with day-to-day management, scheduling and development of the workshop team. You'll also get involved with maximizing revenue levels, tracking parts and the management of the team with performance reviews and the recruitment& development of apprentices.
