Regional Operations Manager (Regulated Care)– Based within the South East region – £60-65k per annum, plus bonus and benefits (dependent on skills and experience)

The Regional Operations Manager plays a vital role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality home care services within their designated region. This involves managing Live In and Visiting care teams, ensuring compliance with health and social care regulations, maintaining client satisfaction, and driving the operational efficiency of our services. We are looking for someone with a strong background in health and social care management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for improving client outcomes. Someone with a commercial focus who will work towards a series of KPIs and budgeted performance management.
What will the role involve?
You would be the registered person for the CQC for your region.
Oversee your portfolio of Visiting Care and Live In operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality, client-centred care.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of care coordinators, and support staff.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, social care, health partners, local authorities and funding bodies.
Ensure compliance with all local and national social care regulations, as well as Trinity Homecare’s policies and procedures.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Have a keen focus on our client retention by addressing client concerns and enhancing service quality.

Live-in experience is essential
Bring diversity in experience, including but not limited to learning disabilities, care, domiciliary and nursing homes.
Hold a valid driver's license.
