Supporting individuals with long-term neurological conditions, physical and learning disabilities, and complex nursing needs, this role offers a unique chance to make a meaningful difference in a vibrant and compassionate environment. As the Registered Manager, you will oversee a specialist care service that prides itself on maintaining a Good CQC rating and delivering person-centred care. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. You'll lead with integrity, ensuring excellence in service delivery and compliance with all regulatory standards.   What We’re Looking For Qualifications: A Nursing Qualification with valid NMC registration or a Level 5 in Health and Social Care. Proven Experience: A strong background as a Nursing Home Manager, with longevity in roles and a history of maintaining a Good CQC rating. Regulatory Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of regulations and best practices in adult care. Leadership Skills: Strong organisational and decision-making abilities with a compassionate, person-centred approach.   Your day-to-day Lead with Excellence: Provide strong leadership, fostering a culture ofempathy and excellence.
