Registered Nursing Home Manager
Salary:£50,000-£60,000, dependent on experience and qualifications
40 hours per week

Our client, a highly regarded care provider, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nursing Home Manager tolead their specialist service. Supporting individuals with long-term neurological conditions, physical and learning disabilities, and complex nursing needs, this role offers a unique chance to make a meaningful difference in a vibrant and compassionate environment.
As the Registered Manager, you will oversee a specialist care service that prides itself on maintaining a Good CQC rating and delivering person-centred care. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. You'll lead with integrity, ensuring excellence in service delivery and compliance with all regulatory standards.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications: A Nursing Qualification with valid NMC registration or a Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
Proven Experience: A strong background as a Nursing Home Manager, with longevity in roles and a history of maintaining a Good CQC rating.
Regulatory Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of regulations and best practices in adult care.
Leadership Skills: Strong organisational and decision-making abilities with a compassionate, person-centred approach.
Your day-to-day
Lead with Excellence: Provide strong leadership, fostering a culture ofempathy and excellence.
Ensure Compliance: Ensure the service meets or exceeds all CQC standards.
Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day running of the service, including staff management, budgeting, and compliance.
Build Relationships: Build and maintain positive connections with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Drive Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance service outcomes and the quality of care.
Inspire Your Team: Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and teamwork.
