We are looking for a passionate and committed Secondary Learning Support Assistant to join our team and support students in KS3/4. This role is essential in helping students achieve their full potential through tailored interventions and support for SEN (Special Educational Needs). Key Responsibilities: Provide targeted learning support to students in KS3/4, ensuring they can access the curriculum and succeed academically. Implement and monitor effective interventions to support students with SEN. Assist in managing classroom behaviour to create a positive and productive learning atmosphere. Work closely with teachers to develop and deliver personalized learning plans. Support the emotional and social development of students, helping them build confidence and resilience.Requirements: Experience working in a secondary school setting, particularly with SEN students. Strong understanding of various interventions and their impact on student learning and behaviour. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
