Job Summary: * Provide excellent nail care to customers * Create and maintain a clean and safe work environment * Maintain positive customer relations with all aspects of your customers * Perform other duties as assigned by management * Creates work rosters balancing stylist availability with appointment bookings and salon hours. * Ensures the reception area, break room, dispensary and workstations meet standards for cleanliness, organisation and functionality * Stocking the proper hair, skin and nail care products at adequate levels is imperative. The manager places and reviews inventory orders. Required: * Nails - BIAB, Shellac Manicures and Pedicures - MUST * Waxing - MUST * Massage - Preferred * Eyelash and Brow Treatments - Preferred * Beauty Therapist: 2 years salon experience (MUST) * Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred) * Duties include but are not limited to: providing accurate nail care to customers, maintaining cleanliness of the salon, and other duties as assigned by management * Must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work within the UK * Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays. * Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment. * Ability to speak Chinese- MUST * Ability to specialise in complex creations for nail art-MUST Licence/Certification: * NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or relevant (required) Benefits Being the iconic wellbeing brand that we are you should expect benefits that match our simple vision; to make you feel happier and healthier inside and out.
