Health and Safety Manager– High-End Residential Project (Mayfair) Location: Mayfair, London Salary: Competitive, depending on experience We are currently recruiting for an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join a prestigious contractor working on a high-end residential property development in Mayfair. This is anexciting opportunity to be involved in a luxury residential project in one of London’s most sought-after locations. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage all health and safety aspects of the project, ensuring full compliance with current legislation and regulations. * Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement effective safety measures. * Develop, maintain, and communicate the Health&Safety Management Plan for the project. * Ensure safe working practices are adhered to by all site personnel and subcontractors. * Lead safety inductions and toolbox talks for site teams. * Liaise with the project management team and clients to ensure health and safety standards are met. * Monitor and report on health and safety performance across the project. * Ensure the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintain high standards of safety protocols on-site. Required Skills&Experience: * Proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager within the construction industry, ideally with a focus on high-end residential projects. * Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation, risk assessments, and safe working practices. * NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent qualification (essential). * Experience in managing health and safety on large-scale or luxury residential projects is highly desirable. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and enforce safety practices on-site. * Ability to work proactively and independently while being an effective team player. * CSCS Health and Safety Manager card is preferred.
