WEDDINGS, EVENTS FOOD&BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR INISHOWEN To work closely in this 4 star hotel with the F&B&Sales/Marketing Team on the successful operation of service Events at the Hotel. Main area of duty will be overseeing the Weddings taking place at the Hotel. Making sure the Hotel is setup to accommodate each unique Wedding plan as per the Wedding Coordinator’s instructions. Being a presence in the room and MC for the event. Managing and controlling the Banqueting Team to ensure a smooth transition of food service on the night. Plus, Hotel Events, Conferences, Parties etc. The role will also incorporate working as a Supervisor in the busy Bar&restaurant of the Hotel on days where required when no Weddings or Events. Experience: 2+ Years, ideally working with F&B/Weddings in a busy Hotel or similar business. Full Training will be provided and continuous guidance and support available from the current Management Team. The role offers a diverse range of responsibilities within the Food&Beverage department, including overseeing weddings, events, as well as working some shifts in the bar and restaurant.
