Our client is seeking a Ward Manager to provide Clinical Management and Leadership to the combined nursing team. Main duties: * Manages the combined ward and resources effectively * Supervising the clinical team * Acting as a leader and creating a good cultural environment * Compliance monitoring * Ensuring good CAMHS procedures and processes are in place * Contribute to recruitment within the team * Develop strong working relationships / key stakeholder engagement * Deputising for the Director of Clinical Services as required. * Takes on additional responsibilities including clinical audits for their combined CAMHS wards and the site * Induction training and recruitment events Requirements: * Registered with either NMC– with background of working experience within CAMHS inpatient services would be desirable * Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role working within a Child and Adolescent Mental Health clinical setting (CAMHS) * Must show evidence of continuing professional development * Previous experience of completing clinical audits within the
