We’re a family-friendly and inclusive company that puts employee wellbeing at the very heart of everything we do.     What to expect:   In the role of Operator Technician, you will play a key role in our day-to- day operations receiving full training to become part of our team.   We’re a 24-hour operation so you can expect to work shifts based on a days and night’s pattern. We are open to discussing job share opportunities that work for the operation and you.   You will get to work with our experienced teams to ensure the soft drinks operation runs smoothly, including ordering and application of raw materials into our filling, packing and palletising machines. We’re a highly automated and clean site but you’ll be fully trained in basic machinefault finding and fixes.   You’ll get the training and autonomy to manage your work and environment to ensure hygiene is maintained to a high standard and ensure the quality of our products, through hands-on inspection and on-line measurement of our product and packaging, working alongside ourQuality, Health, Environment and Sustainability teams.   You will also be trained to monitor and report on performance and optimise our set up to ensure we maximise quality and output and reduce waste.     What we need from you:   We’re looking for hands-on practical people who can multi-task, are open to learning, can work collaboratively and communicate well. You’ll have confidence in your ability to get things done quickly and efficiently and have a strong drive for results.
