I am currently recruiting for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join this award winning, full-service law firm based in Wakefield. Working as part of their Residential Conveyancing team you will be responsible for supporting the Fee Earner with the day to day management of sale and purchase transactions. The successful applicant will be experienced in working within Residential Conveyancing and have a good understanding of the conveyancing process. Working as part of a team you will be providing support to the Conveyancer in everyday tasks such as dealing with general queries, assisting with completions, conducting searches, typing various letters, liaising with clients, solicitors, referrers and estate agents. This is a busy and demanding role which requires applicants with experience of working within residential conveyancing, you will also have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
