An exciting opportunity for an experienced strategic leader to work with a dynamic team of Library professionals to shape the Library’s Technology, and Discovery. Your excellent people skills will encourage and enable your team of professionals to deliver seamless services that surprise and delight library customers. Your extensive knowledge of library systems will enable innovative solutions for access to the Library’s collections from anywhere, anytime. As the Library Technologies, Discovery and Access Manager you will lead the Library Technology and Digital Platforms, Access and Authentication services, Collection Access and Resources Sharing, and the Readings and Learning Resources teams to enable the delivery of excellent professional services to support research, teaching, and learning. You will work with leaders across the Library and support the Director, Collections and Technology Division in the delivery of the University Library’s strategy and operations. Your business acumen, strong governance skills and integrity in the application of technologies, budgets, and collaboration will ensure that library services and resources contribute to Monash University Library being in the top 100 university libraries.
