About the Role: Reporting directly to the Purchasing and Scheduling Manager, the Compliance Coordinator will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our adherence to quality, environmental, and safety standards across all company operations. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training to excel in all aspects of the role. Key Responsibilities: Compliance Management: Oversee and maintain compliance with Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards. System Updates: Keep our system trackers updated to ensure records are accurate and current. Template Maintenance: Manage and maintain company/system templates. Documentation: Handle documentation to evidence health and safety compliance. System Implementation: Maintain and implement quality and environmental systems. Legislative Compliance: Ensure adherence to legislation, regulations, and industry standards. Accreditations Management: Manage accreditations for ISO9001 and ISO14001. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the production office.Vendor Coordination: Arrange on-site maintenance and machine services with vendors. Purchase Orders: Raise daily purchase orders for materials and services. Skills and Qualifications: Microsoft Proficiency: Fully proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Organizational Skills: Well-organized and diligent, with the ability to work autonomously. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
