With a portfolio that includes small-scale residential, commercial, and care homes, you will have exposure to a wide range of projects within a friendly, collaborative and busy team. With an in-house architecture and planning team, you will get the chance to work closely on a range of projects in it's full life-cycle. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications. * Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies. * Liaise with local authorities, stakeholders, and the community. * Support senior planners with project management and planning strategies. * Stay updated on planning policies, regulations, and best practices. * Prepare reports, plans, and other documentation for planning proposals. Requirements: * A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field. * At least 1 years' experience in either a consultancy, developer or local authority. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * A keen interest in Planning and Development. * Familiarity with planning legislation and policy.
