This is a phone based, security system support position that provides technical support to the field engineers and customers. This is a full time, office-based role (M40) on a day shift (start& finish variable), and will include working weekends. In this role you will be: Diagnosing and troubleshooting security alarm faults. Using a broad range of monitoring and programming software. Providing a high level of customer service to external residential and commercial customers. Dealing discreetly with bespoke and high security customer requirements. Assisting field engineers to ensure remote connectivity to alarm systems. What we look for Required An interest in problem solving. Excellent communication skills are essential. The ability to relay technical information to a non-technical audience. Preferred Experience in a technical problem solving will be advantageous. Experience in over the phone customer service. Background in customer services.
