Our Children's Services division specialises in supplying trained and experienced TA's during or after school, including ina student's own home, on school premises or an alternative agreed venue. Our approach focuses solely on achieving goals for students, supporting growth, knowledge and development to demonstrate progress and harness their potential. To enable us to achieve this, we put significant thought into matching children with the right teaching approach, location and TA. We find working this way leads to a greater achievement against targets. Key Responsibilities: Support students in completing tasks, providing additional help with reading, writing, and practical activities. You may need tomodify tasks or give extra guidance to ensure students can fully participate. Help students re-engage with their education in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. Use creative strategies to manage challenging behaviour and support emotional well-being. Provide encouragement, guidance,and support during challenging situations. Assist students with speech, language, and communication needs, using strategies such as visual aids, sign language, or communication tools to help them express themselves and engage with learning. To be eligible for this role you must have the following: Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN) or in a similar role is preferred but not essential. A compassionate, patient, and proactive attitude towards supporting students with diverse needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team. A commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and positive learning environment for all students. A flexible and adaptable approach to meet the individual needs of each student.
