Teaching Assistant (Learning Partner)– SEN Support Position: Teaching Assistant (Learning Partner) Specialism: SEN (Special Educational Needs) Location: Secondary School (Year 7 – 11) Start Date: February Half Term (earlier start possible) Contract: Temporary to Permanent Salary: £22,000 per annum (subject to experience and qualifications) Are you passionate about supporting young people to reach their full potential? We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant (Learning Partner) to join our supportive anddynamic team. This full-time role involves working closely with students in Years 7 to 11, helping them to achieve success in their learning journey. Key Responsibilities: * Provide tailored support to students with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met. * Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to deliver engaging lessons. * Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. * Monitor student progress and provide feedback to staff and parents as required. * Assist in the preparation of classroom activities and materials.
