Your rota'd shifts are typically between the times of 7am and 10pm, and there is also a Sleep in available where you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £62.45   What we need is someone that wants to support people who have learning disabilities to live their best lives, and to live life to the full!   What we're looking for: A genuine passion for supporting others. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
