CALL CENTRE ADVISORS Full time role  Based in Sunderland  May Start 24 Hour Shift pattern  We are actively looking for call centre customer advisors to take predominately inbound calls for one of our prestigious clients. Our client offers an excellent work environment with ongoing training and development and they like to acknowledge and reward success and is aware how important it is that workers feel appreciated and part of the team. Base pay from £11.44 to £11.77 during training then you will go onto 24 hour shifts which pay up to £14.87 Per hour. 37 hours per week over 5 days out of 7, Monday to Sunday covering 24 hour shifts, early shift starts at 6am Free parking available, good transport links Temporary to Permanent opportunities Excellent training&development Training -4 weeks full time training at the start of the assignment - No holidays are approved during this time.Strong customer service skills are essential. You must be confident in handling a wide range of incoming and outgoing calls with customers and work to a high quality standard of delivery. Experience of working in a customer service environment is essential; this doesn't necessarily mean you've worked in a call centre before. Opportunities and excellent training will be given to those without call centre experience. However good IT literacy is essential, especially a good knowledge of Microsoft office packages along with excellent organisational skills.
