Annual leave (increasing with length of service), a generous pension scheme (matched up to 9%), the potential to earn bonuses, enhanced maternity/adoption leave, and access to a great range of online and high street discounts.    We also promote positive health and wellbeing by offering free access to healthcare, our popular YuLife app, our Cycle to Work scheme and more!  As a Studio Manager based in our Warwick officewith flexible hybrid working, you’ll be responsible for:  Manage the workflow through the studio, prioritising activity in line with business objectives and bringing in support where required to ensure pace of output and delivery to deadlines Coach and manage a team of creative professionals to help them achieve their potential Assess and clarify briefs before planning, allocating the right design resource to the project Project manage larger jobs through Studio – from briefing to delivery - to ensure deadlines are met Support Marketing teams in the production process for large scale print jobs, including brochures, working closely with print suppliers and marketing teams to deliver against briefs Provide creative and art direction input when necessary to ensure brand alignment and high- quality delivery, tracking and reporting on studio performance This is a full-time, permanent role working Mon-Friday 40 hours a week, with 3 days in the office, with flex remotely 2 days a week.
