We are seeking dynamic and adaptable individuals to work as Cover Supervisors in secondary schools across Stoke-On-Trent. About the role Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage secondary school classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher. Deliver pre-set lessons to students, ensuring they remain engaged and on-task. Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning environment. Support students with their work where required and ensure they understand instructions. Report back to teaching staff on the performance and behaviour of the class. A DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) is essential. Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
