SW - 007– CLAPSM Site Manager £250 - £280 per day Freelance 18 month temporary contract Working on a Residential Scheme Based in Clapham Position good to knows * Required for a long-term residential construction project * Project requires a strong Site Manager with good eye for a build plan* Position will oversee the external cladding packages on phase 2 and phase 3 of the project * Will be required on site managing the external cladding contractor * Project will run until summer 2025 * Project consists of 2 residential tower blocks * Looking for a Site Manager who can stamp their authority and lead the cladding packages * Experience of externals would be an advantage * Ability to manage all trades and stick to project plan and delivery Headline of the Site Manager role * Opportunity to be number one on site working closing with the project team * Mainscope of the project would be so oversee the lead subcontractor on the install cladding * Candidate must be strong organiser * Level of candidate would be a site manager but someone able to lead on externals * Must be able to drive the project plan and meet handover targets * Must be strong on health and safety * Keen to speak candidates who can bring experience of residential projects Your key duties as Site Manager * Ensuring quality working towards quality standards * Co-ordinate labour and trades * Monitor and support the site build programme and control material levels * Work with and assist a supportive team, but on a day today basis you will be the sole main person on the project Key experiences you should have as Site Manager * Solid work history of delivering construction projects * Be a great communicator with the ability to support your siteteam * Developing knowledge of the housebuilding and modular construction process * Ideally be from a trade background or have developed skills from activity being on live projects Key must have’s you should have as the successful Site Manager • SMSTS • CSCS • First Aid At Work Certificate Next step to apply for this Site Manager role: As a candidate with site experience, you will already know the technical specifications of this role, but following your application of interest, you will: To achieve the upper end pay band the ideal candidate would need to have good external build experience 3D Personnel Ltd specialise in working within the construction sector where we work with companies who design, construct and maintain the built environment.
