Project Management: Take ownership of system-level engineering projects, overseeing planning, timelines, and execution across electronics, hardware, firmware, and software domains. Specification&Design Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to define engineering specifications that align with customer needs and market trends. Budget&Resource Management: Manage project budgets and resources effectively, ensuring financial and project targets are met. Supplier&Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with external suppliers to guide design processes and ensure seamless delivery from prototype to finished product. Customer Interaction: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather customer feedback, ensuring product alignment with market demands. Progress Monitoring: Set clear project priorities, track progress, and provide regular updates to senior management.
