About the Role: As a Service Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service experiences for our customers. Working closely with our service team, you’ll manage the customer journey from initial booking to vehicle handover, ensuring each client receives top-tier service and support. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and manage customer appointments, including repairs and service schedules. * Liaise between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication and expectations. * Provide updates and advice on necessary maintenance or repair work. * Maintain high standards of customer care, aimingfor complete customer satisfaction and retention. * Achieve monthly performance targets with the opportunity to earn up to £1,000 per month in bonuses.
