We are recruiting for a Senior Support Worker to join our brand new supported living service based in Sandwich. You will be supporting a number of adults who have a diagnosis in Autism, Mental Health and Learning Disabilities to live in the community You will receive all the necessary training prior to supporting the people and this will take place locally. Role Responsibility Our service St Barts needs people who are team players and can inspire others. The role of the Senior Support Worker is to work with the management team in providing first line support for the Support Workers in their day to day activities, ensuring we are working in compliance with policies and procedures and that new staff are inducted to their roles. You will be responsible for rota management, staff supervision, the coaching of staff members and embedding quality support for the people we support. The Ideal Candidate You will need to have previous Support Work/Health Care experience and be able to drive to be considered for this role.
