Contract Energy Consultant (Offshore Wind) As more and more investment is allocated towards greener forms of energy around the world, the demand for engineering professionals is boosted once more. Responsibilities: Win long-term new business opportunities, or projects of work and have a targeted business development strategy, with a tailored approach for each client. Build a strong candidate& client referral network. Have a thorough knowledge of your client companies (their business, industry, culture& environment)& use within your interactions to develop formal, long-term client agreements. Develop client relationships through upselling and cross-selling across the business. Engage with client stakeholders in different business areas& at different levels, proactively seeking out opportunity. Engage in conversations outside of transactional recruitment. Play a role in progressing clients up the value chain (to CDM, Enterprise or Solutions), working alongside internal colleagues. Arrange& attend client meetings independently, knowing when to involve others. Drive& recommend innovative candidate attraction strategies. Advocate& encourage full use of the CRM. Build technical/market knowledge& a relevant customer network Analyse& make predictions based on trends in the talent market. Engage in discussions around recruitment legislation and trend Assist junior team members; advising on both your technical& recruitment expertise. From time to time (as directed by your manager) support new consultants through at-desk coaching. Play a key role in the delivery of team goals& objectives.
