Denholm are delighted to be partnering exclusively with our financial services client in the search for a Senior Project Manager on a fixed term contract basis. This is a fixed term contract role for 2 years, with the potential to go permanent. This role requires someone with strong leadership, able to manage multiple workstreams and task manage other managers. Experience of Product Simplification and / or Product Management. Really strong organisational skills and application of really effective project controls. Proactive planning and activity co-ordination skills. Experience required: People Leader: Experience in leading teams encompassing the full employee lifecycle. Resource& skills identification, succession planning and matrix managing for multiple disciplines including having experience in business planning (e.g. business case preparation). Versatile Delivery Lead: have a track record of success working across the project lifecycle including Business delivery, technical delivery management and transformation. Experience working on enterprise-wide projects/programmes. Experience of waterfall and agile project delivery methodologies. Commercial Acumen: have worked closely with the business and can understand commercial challenges and strategy. Has influenced strategic decisions and planning. Release Delivery: A track record in successful release delivery covering multi-component development and testing. Requirements Management: Experienced in requirements management and translation. Qualifications: Ideally be degree qualified, PM qualifications at practitioner level (PRINCE2, APM, AGILE Fundamentals, Scrum Master) or equivalent experience (5years ) If you feel you have the skills and experience to fulfil this role please get in touch as soon as possible.
