We are working closely with a TPA who are urgently looking to recruit Senior Pensions Data Technicians, working in GMP, Data or Scheme Events remote working, salary c45k. What you’ll be doing: To lead on the delivery of assigned projects and scheme events. To promote the provision of a first class experience for customers and to share knowledge and expertise with other team members. Performs data processes, including the following: o Running and specifying data extracts from the administration system including bespoke reports. o Transforming extracted data or data received into the required format and structure o Performing and specifying data uploads to the administration system o Building Mail Merge letters o Performing bulk calculations in Excel o Building and enhancing Excel templates and macros for regular jobs Providing project updates and time scales to Scheme Events Leads, Project Managers and Scheme Event Manager. Identifies opportunistic income work and provides cost estimates to the client and commercial teams. Acts as an Subject Matter Expert for large internal change and client projects. What we’re looking for: Knowledge of DB and/or DC schemes Pension administration and work management systems Accuracy, attention to detail and quality management Excel - Demonstrate the ability to use filters, sorting, pivot tables (rows, columns, grouping,filters and totalling). Excel - Can use formulas including lookups, IF and nested IF statements, date calculations and formatting of cells to specific guidelines. Excel - Can import data/text files and use data validation Project Management Skills A Level Maths or Degree with maths element or Workexperience involving complex data analysis This is a Profile Search and Selection vacancy who are operating as an Employment Agency.
