Description Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer this position leads day-to-day commercial financial management of the EMEA business, producing insightful financial reporting, analysis, planning, and forecasting. As a trusted business partner, this role will collaborate with business leadership and their teams, provide analysis to guide decision-making, communicate timely financial performance, highlight opportunities, and support data-driven strategy development. Partner with commercial stakeholders to understand operating models, market dynamics, and strategic objectives, contributing effectively to business strategy. Provide insightful financial reporting and analysis across P&L, project profitability, and R&D, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting. Develop and maintain robust financial models to assess growth opportunities, optimise business plans, and support data-driven decision-making. Oversee sales commission programs and ensure accurate costing of new business opportunities in collaboration with commercial and sales teams. Lead financial processes, including results reporting, risk identification, and opportunity analysis, delivering clear, actionable insights to leadership. Work with Data Analytics to track key KPIs, develop new success metrics, and support strategic planning and performance optimisation. Profile * Big 4 experience is highly desirable and would be a considerable advantage. * Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with substantial experience in commercial finance or a related field. * Strong commercial awareness.
